At Archies Footwear, we want you to walk with absolute comfort, which is why we offer a 30-day comfort guarantee on all orders. If your flip-flops or slides aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them even if you've worn them outside.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery to qualify for our comfort guarantee or a standard refund.

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Generate your prepaid shipping label, securely package your footwear, and attach the label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
